Shipping Policy
All Margi Collection orders are dispatched from Australia and shipped via Australia Post.
Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During launches, sales and high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery estimates apply from the date your order is dispatched and do not include our 1–2 business day processing time.
Delivery times are based on Australia Post estimates and are provided as a guide only. Regional and remote locations may take longer, while international orders may experience additional delays due to customs or local postal services.
Free Shipping
Spend $220 AUD or more in a single order and receive free standard shipping within Australia or orders over £100 GBP within the UK.
The threshold is calculated on the order subtotal after any discounts have been applied and before shipping costs.
Free shipping applies to standard delivery only. If you would prefer Express Shipping, the applicable Express rate will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking is included with applicable Australia Post services.
Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
International Orders
We ship to selected international destinations via Australia Post.
Available shipping services and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees when entering the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs processing may also add additional time to your delivery.
Delivery Issues
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your address before dispatch, however changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has been processed.
If your parcel is delayed, missing or marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, please check your Australia Post tracking first.
If you still need help, contact us with your order number and tracking number and we’ll assist with the delivery enquiry.
Orders returned to Margi Collection due to an incorrect address, failed delivery or failure to collect may require an additional shipping fee to be sent again.
