Refund policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including final sale items, swimwear, and undergarments for hygiene reasons. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. If you have questions about whether your specific item is eligible, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at info@margicollection.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
How to request a return or cancellation You can cancel an unshipped order or request a return through your Customer Accounts page. Simply log in, find your order, and follow the prompts.
Returning your items Once you've submitted a return request, you must send the items back within 14 days. Items should be returned in their original condition.
Refunds We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof of return, whichever comes first). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
